Anonymous education CRM case study
Custom Education CRM & Student Portal Development
MarqueFactory built a custom CRM and student portal for an education consultancy. The platform is in use by the client. This case study shows a demonstration workspace for enquiry management, counsellor assignment, student records, fee visibility, and communication.

Business needs addressed
Education consultancies need to coordinate enquiries, counsellor assignments, student records, and ongoing communication. This project brings those connected workflows into a custom education CRM and a separate student-facing portal.
The team workspace is designed around reviewing enquiries and following student progress. The student workspace gives students a dedicated place to navigate applications, documents, payments, and messages. These are project goals and demonstrated interfaces, rather than measured improvements to the client's operations.
MarqueFactory’s solution
MarqueFactory built the CRM for an education consultancy whose identity is withheld in this public case study. The supplied demonstration uses MarqueFactory branding and fictional accounts to illustrate the interface without publishing the client's production screens.
The demonstration separates the team workspace from the student portal. Staff views include a dashboard, lead management navigation, a student directory, and conversations. The student dashboard presents application and document navigation alongside an overview of agreed fees, verified payments, and remaining balances using sample amounts.
Key features and user experience
The admin dashboard presents counts for leads, students, active staff, unassigned leads, and follow-ups due. These summaries illustrate the information a team can review at the start of the day; the displayed counts are fictional demo records.
The student directory shows student names, email addresses, enquiry sources, assigned counsellors, and links to individual records. Search and pagination controls provide an interface for navigating records. Source labels illustrate how enquiries from different channels can be represented; they do not establish a live Facebook or Google integration.
The lead import screen describes CSV and XLSX uploads, a sample file, and a column preview and mapping workflow. It illustrates an entry point for existing enquiries, without claiming that every import path has been independently tested.
The student portal and messaging screen illustrate two sides of student communication: a dedicated student workspace and a counsellor conversation interface. Application, payment, and document links show the intended navigation; the screenshots alone do not verify the underlying processing or storage workflows.
Technical approach
The interface distinguishes administrative, counselling, and student contexts so each workspace can focus on the tasks relevant to its users. A consistent navigation and visual system connects the dashboards, directory, import interface, and messaging views.
This public case study is based on supplied demonstration screenshots. Frameworks, database choices, backend integrations, authorization enforcement, and production security have not been independently verified from these images, so no specific technology stack or security certification is claimed.
Current capabilities and project status
The CRM is in use by the client, as reported by MarqueFactory’s founder. The evidence shown here is a demonstration of the team dashboard, student directory, student portal, lead import interface, and counsellor messaging screen supplied on 26 October 2026.
Client usage is reported by MarqueFactory; business outcomes have not been measured. No conversion uplift, time savings, enrolment growth, or payment-processing results are claimed. Dashboard counts and fee amounts are sample data rather than client performance figures.
